As part of its strategic development to support Framatome growth in the following years, I&C is launching an industrial Core Manufacturing Model program, in order to define the target processes and tools to be implemented in every site of the BU and to organize a global deployment roadmap in the following years.

Attached to ICT director, and in coordination with the BU Steering committee and the sponsors, the I&C Manufacturing Core Model program manager will lead this program.

Your role will be to:

• Organize the governance around the program
  
  • Scope the different initiatives and projects to be included in the program
  • Identify and animate relevant stakeholders in each site and for each domain
  • Animate monthly integration committees and change control boards
  • Coordinate the various projects included in the program, including the on-going SAP implementation in Meylan
• Define the target industrial model, flows and processes in the BU
  • Review the as-is situation in each site and key gaps and alignments needed
  • Validate the target IS cartography to support those processes
  • Monitor the definition of detailed way of working and procedures
• Plan and monitor the deployment of the processes and tools in each sites
  
  • Build the deployment roadmap of the IS systems, and related processes and organization in each sites
  • Organize the change management needed to successfully implement the target
  • Monitor the Budget and the support needed
• Assure the interfaces between the different investment programs within the BU (notably EPR2 program and new investment program on Grenoble site)
• functional leader of 3 project managers with a project team of in total 19
   

Requested profile:

• Master's degree electrical engineering or comparable
• long-term professional experience and specific knowledge in the above mentioned assignment
• Projectmanager Level C/B
• I&C BU business and industrial processes knowledge, competencies in project management preferred in the roll out of IS systems, understanding of IS systems (ERP/MRP), capacity to animate a team, very good communication skills (in English)
